Need to return something?

Goods must be returned undamaged and within 28 days of receipt. You can return most items for any reason, with some exceptions.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongfully dispatched item. You can return an item to us via the method of your choice, please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

In the case where your item is faulty, damaged or not as described we will provide a returns label or arrange for a collection.

On receipt of your return, the items will be inspected and a refund (or replacement if applicable) will be arranged. Any payments made will be refunded using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If this isn't possible we will contact you via phone or email.

A restock fee of up to 50% of the value may be charged for the return of custom length hoses and bespoke ordered parts. We do not accept returns on hose assemblies with fitted ends. If you would like to find out more before your purchase, please call to check prior to ordering.
