Yes, goods can be returned undamaged and within 28 days of receipt. You can return most items for any reason, with some exceptions.

We aim to issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to process.

If you would like to place your order via The Hosemaster website, we accept all major credit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express) or via PayPal.

Once you have added the items you would like to order to cart, you can proceed to checkout and follow the steps given so that we can confirm your details. On completion we will authorize the payment and send an order confirmation to your email.
